Refund Policy

The Elixir Haus (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides digital software licenses and related digital products through www.shapeshifter-modules.com.
Because our products consist of digital goods, software licenses, activation keys, downloadable content, and other electronically delivered products that are delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are considered final except as expressly stated in this policy.
No Returns
Due to the nature of digital products, software licenses, and electronically delivered content, purchased licenses cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once issued.
No Refunds
All purchases are non-refundable. Once a license key, activation code, download link, account access, or other digital entitlement has been generated, delivered, or made available to the purchaser, no refunds will be provided.
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
- The product is a digital good.
- Delivery occurs immediately upon purchase.
- The license cannot be physically returned.
- The customer waives any right to return the product after delivery.
- All sales are final.
Exceptions
The Elixir Haus may, at its sole discretion, review requests for resolution in the following limited circumstances:
- Duplicate purchases resulting from a verified billing error.
- Failure to receive a license due to a technical issue on our systems.
- The purchased license was never generated or delivered.
- The transaction was processed incorrectly due to a system malfunction.
Any approved remedy may include replacement of the license, correction of the order, store credit, or a refund, as determined solely by The Elixir Haus.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact The Elixir Haus before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider.
Initiating a chargeback for a validly delivered digital product may result in suspension or termination of the associated license and access to related services until the dispute is resolved.
The Elixir Haus reserves the right to provide transaction records, delivery logs, license generation records, IP address information, and other relevant documentation to payment processors and financial institutions in response to disputed transactions.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, compatibility requirements, system requirements, and licensing terms before making a purchase.
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Change of mind.
- Accidental purchases.
- Failure to read product descriptions.
- Lack of product compatibility with unsupported systems.
- User error during installation or configuration.
- Dissatisfaction with features that were accurately described prior to purchase.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Elixir Haus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase or use of its products.
